OILS and VINEGARS
12.90 USD

Artisan de la Truffe oils, black truffle and white truffle flavors are made from 100% Greek extra virgin olive oil. They are ideal to season your hot dishes, to sublimate a burrata, to give a twist to fresh pasta, or to season a salad, truffle version! However, they should be enjoyed cold: they are not cooking oils!

Balsamic vinegar, IGP Modena - 10 years old - associated with black truffle, does not contain any coloring or preservatives. Cold, it will be perfect to season your salads, carpaccios and tartars. It can also be heated to deglaze a grilled meat or a wok of vegetables.

Enjoy the tasting!
